Here are some of the images I use for background on my desktop in MS Windows. They are made with our digital camera, Canon, 1.3 Megapixel in different seasons on three continents. You can download the image if you right-click on it and select "Save image as".
Summer, Europe, Bulgarian seaside, Primorsko and Sozopol, seaside views, and a restaurant. The first three images look very good as background.

Winter, Canada, Saskatoon, zoom on prarie grass in Cranberry flats, views from our window.
Winter (in July!), New Zealand, Christchurch, sea view (this one looks very good as a background!).
